Fixes:

Fixed the cause of an error message that occurred if you opened the the OpenBkWzd.doc file then clicked on Cancel on the Book Design Wizard form.

Changes:

Added more options for the page header text for chapter pages. You can now choose any of the following on both the left and right page headers: Author Name, Book Title, Current Chapter Title, Custom text of your choice or no header text.

* Please note that this update will only work on new new books created with the Book Design Wizard. If you are currently working on a document created by a previous version and upgrade to 1.0.8 then add a new chapter you may receive an error. The new version creates a document variable for the new page header options during the initial creation which is looked for when adding a new chapter. Books created with an older version will not have this variable defined.

Fixes:

Fixed the first line of text on chapter pages indenting problem. Fix includes an adjustment of the default header and page number style formatting and page margins. Problem may still occur if user decreases the top page margins, increases the top header margin or uses a large font size for the page numbers in which case the instructions for fixing it found in the support article above will still apply.

* Please note that this update will only apply to any new books created with the Book Design Wizard and will not automatically fix the problem on existing documents. To fix the problem on existing documents please read the support article linked above.

Changes:

Changed the way the Book Design Wizard builds its font list for its initial form. Change will not be noticeable to users as it is a code change only.

Fixed a problem where sometimes the heading and page number options would not be stored properly.
Fixed a problem that would sometimes occur in the initial form if you did not enter the required information.
Fixed it so the correct version was displayed in the initial userform.

Changed default line spacing in chapter text to single instead of 1.5 lines.
Changed the initial default font size for different areas to be more appropriate.
