This is a major version upgrade. Previous owners of version 1.0 may purchase version 2.0 at a discounted price. Version 2.0 will install separately from Version 1.0 so you can continue to work on any current books in progress created with Version 1.0. Documents created in version 1.0 will not be able to be upgraded to 2.0; a new document will need to be created in the 2.0 version to be able to use all of its features.
