• Error with Mark Entries for Index and Update Index tools being unavailable after closing and reopening document.

• Error caused by leaving the Right Header and Left Header fields empty when creating book.

• Added more line spacing options. Now the choices are Single, 1.25, 1.50, 1.75 and Double.

• Added a 'Create Drop Cap' tool.

• Added a 'Remove this Paragraph's 1st Line Indent' tool.

• Updated Help files to reflect changes.
